Now is the time when we must truly know and acknowledge the gifts that this planet gives to us. Tuning into and harmonizing with the rhythms and cycles that Nature follows is vital if we are to live the kinds of lives that are our birthrights as spiritual beings. We must be sure of our own nature - what is natural within us - if we are to navigate times of change and upheaval in safety and grace.

Be still, and wait.
Be still and do nothing.
Be still and watch,
And let it all unfold.

Life goes on flowing regardless of whether we resist it or help it or not. We may think we need to be doing things, to be active, to move, to start, to think, to act - all through some effort. But there is another way, an effortless way, where we surrender, and give up our ideas of how things should be (from our limited perspective), and trust in a great perspective, a higher one. Doing nothing, being no-one, you’ll be amazed at how spacious you become, and how many things of real value you get done.

There are many physical sensations connected with changes in our energy body. As we become more conscious and aware of subtle energies and less distracted by mindstuff, we can experience life as God intended, feeling the bliss of simply being alive.
