Early Afternoon, 16th November 2004: The abduction continues... *bites fingernails*... here's ISSUE 43.

Early Afternoon, 14th November 2004: There's something really important that I have to tell you, but first some fabulous news. Q&V have made it onto OnlineComics.net here, so perhaps we'll have more hits or something. Our comicID is 5302. And now to the important thing I said about. Something very scary, yet exciting, has happened! Questor and Viagron have been abducted!.. by ALIENS!!! The aliens left me a note, saying we'll have to wait for a few issues before it's resolved. This is going to be a continuing story, a special series if you will. I have named it The Alien Abduction Chronicles, because I'm such an original. Here's what happened first: ISSUE 42.

Mid-Afternoon, 12th November 2004: Well, the experiment with ink was a success, it was definitely much clearer (though I didn't think so at first. Thanks Rob for your feedback, looking at it on a different screen the difference was hugely obvious! Why must the laptop faux pas's continue to plague me?!). However, it doesn't seem to feel quite as comfortable as a pencil, I think because of the fineliner that I'm using. I'll look into getting something better for me. The comic continues to progress, and evolve. Excellent. I'm continuing with the comments bit, I'm going to haul it over into a separate area (though the individual issue ones will be able to be viewed on the issue pages themselves too). This'll make it easier for me to code, and perhaps better in terms of overall design. News over. Here's ISSUE 41.

Early Afternoon, 10th November 2004: Another landmark issue today, we've made it to Issue 40! In celebration, I've had a style experiment to see if using pen/ink looks and feels any better. And here it is: ISSUE 40.

Late Morning, 8th November 2004: Turns out my javascript didn't work as well as I thought it did, and given that it would only work with some browsers anyway, I've decided to explore other options. Still, the hard part (I hope!) is behind me, so it shouldn't be too much longer. I've been adding the site to a few webcomic lists, most notably OnlineComics.Net, which all being well will have us added in a few days. The site needs more exposure, it certainly deserves it. And now, on with the issues! Here's ISSUE 39.

Early Afternoon, 6th November 2004: I made good progress with the comments bit yesterday, the database is sorted, as is the flash javascript bit to show and hide them. I just need to sort out the formatting, make the layout look good on the page, then I'll put it online. It'll be my issues only at first (not guest issues), and for those who have javascript enabled. But I will get on to making a version of it for the javascript-disabled people/browsers, and making it work for guest issues too. Today's issue is brought to you by the infinitely long number, pi, and was inspired by These Fine Fellows. Here's ISSUE 38.

Mid-Afternoon, 4th November 2004: Today sees the last of my stockpile of guest issues appearing. Thanks Paulo for all of your cool drawings and great ideas. Keep 'em coming. And as for anyone else interested in doing some guest issues, please feel free. The image size I use is 600 by 290, so bear that in mind. Email me with an introduction and I'll let you know how to get them to me. So, here's the guest issue, What Did You Expect?, and here's today's issue by my own fair hand, ISSUE 37.

Early Morning, 2nd November 2004: Hey there. A quick update today. I'm having lots of fun with the comic as ever. And Bam! Here's ISSUE 36.

Early Morning, 31st October 2004: Happy Halloween everybody! Inspiration hit me early this morning, so here we are with today's issue earlier rather than later in the day. The comments work continues, though yesterday I had a much enjoyed break from the computer. Enjoy the day (and night's) festivities! Here's ISSUE 35.

Early Evening, 29th October 2004: I've been working on the comments database thing and have been making reasonable progress, so hopefully you'll all be able to comment on each issue soon enough. I know how long-winded emailing can be, so this should be ideal. Even the laziest of you will have no excuse not to share your thoughts! And now, ISSUE 34.
